Ancillary and Control Area Services (ACS) Practices Forum BPA is conducting the ACS Practices Forum to discuss issues related to the implementation of Ancillary and Control Area Services (ACS). These meetings are aimed at developing practices to implement Ancillary and Control Area Services that meet the needs of BPA and its customers. The ACS will address issues apart from those related to rates, although matters related to the merits of the BP-14 rate case may be discussed. BPA will keep a record of any discussion regarding the merits of any BP-14 rate case issues in the BP-14 ex parte file.
