Section E of the Requesting Transmission Service business practice has been modified to clarify that a customer must conform its Newpoint TSR within 5 business days after receiving instructions from its AE, or its Newpoint TSR will be Declined and removed from the queue. Version 19, provides clarification on multiple redirects in steps 13.A-13.B: Multiple redirect TSRs submitted with the same related AREF number at approximately the same queue time may result in exceeding the related AREF TSR. Minor changes have been made in Appendix B: E-Tag Validation Rules. In the Validation Rules for the Schedule Path chart, the Capacity Recallable Tag has been replaced with Recallable Export Tag.
