Effective: 07/01/11

BPA has issued an Interim final Record of Decision (ROD) on Environmental Redispatch and Negative Pricing Policy. BPA takes this action as a last resort, after exhausting other available tools. Version 3 includes the following changes:

The changes to Version 3 provide clarification in the Environmental Redispatch, Generation Imbalance Service and Energy Imbalance Service Business Practices to make it clear that Energy Imbalance and Generation Imbalance accounting is disabled during hours where an Environmental Redispatch is in effect. All Energy Imbalance and Generation Imbalance billings to date have taken this into account.
